1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 1l444 platform (available at https://1l444.app), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 1l444 (the "Platform" or "Company").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 1l444 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform after any update or revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1l444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address on file or via a notification within the platform. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute arising from interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall prevail in all circumstances.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 1l444 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 1l444 operates a strict 18+ policy with zero exceptions. We do not knowingly allow any individual under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activity on the platform.

3 Account Registration and Security

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 1l444 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, any bonus funds will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

Account Security

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your 1l444 account balance in real time for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Bank card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your account balance.
• 1l444 does not charge any deposit processing fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering procedures.
• Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and approved within 24 hours. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are usually credited within 60 seconds of approval.
• 1l444 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or unusual withdrawal patterns.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms. Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.

Currency and Exchange

1l444 operates exclusively in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to player balances. All bonus amounts, minimum bet values, jackpot amounts, and promotional thresholds referenced on the platform are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game or betting market operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting section.

Random Number Generation

• Where a bet is placed on an event that has already concluded, the bet will be voided regardless of the stated outcome.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet and per event; these limits are displayed within the betting interface.

Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, technical failure, or error in the display of results or balances, 1l444 reserves the right to void any affected rounds or bets and restore account balances to their state prior to the malfunction. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. 1l444 shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of a technical malfunction beyond the restoration of the player's pre-malfunction balance.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 1l444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, verification, or any communication with 1l444.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through the use of software bots, automated betting systems, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of scripted interaction with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform software for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known or exploited errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an advantage in live dealer games, poker, or any other competitive gaming format.
• Engaging in any form of threatening, abusive, racist, sexist, or otherwise harmful communication towards 1l444 staff or other players via the live chat or any other platform communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider without first contacting 1l444 support to resolve the matter.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your 1l444 account to another person for any reason.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

1l444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same player.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or other legal instrument requiring account closure.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their 1l444 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before an account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their nominated payment method, subject to identity verification. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion
